Ordering

Our ordering process is just as individual as our candles.
  • Choose a candle size
  • Decide on an image
  • Compose a message (if any) you want on the candle
  • Be sure to include instructions on exactly how you want your candle to look
    For example: should the words be above the image, below the image, or on the other side; include font requests
  • Email the image and words to kbatson@ucandles.com
  • We will send you back a proof before custom-emblazing your candle
  • Upon approval, we will accept payment
    *  credit/debit card or check
    *  State of NC and Orange County Tax will be collected
    *  Shipping will be cost plus 20% (of shipping cost not order total)
  • Free local delivery in Chapel Hill, NC at an agreed-upon location

Color, Scent, & Size

  • White offers the truest color reproduction
  • White Linen* is the typical scent.
  • Stock sizes are listed above
  • Typical style has a flat top

Sizes and scent are based on local retail availability and are subject to change. Additional sizes and styles may be available seasonally. Clients are welcome to supply their own candle, and an appropriate price reduction will be made.
